Our Supports

NDIS Supports We Provide

  1. Support 01

    Assist-Personal Activities

Assistance with daily personal activities is core NDIS support for participants who need a hand with things like showering, dressing, grooming, eating and moving around the home safely. Our support workers provide this personal care in a way that respects your privacy and your routine, so the support fits around you rather than the other way around. Whether you need an hour of help each morning or more regular personal care support through the day, our NDIS-trained team is experienced in delivering safe, respectful care that keeps your independence front and centre.

  2. Support 02

    Assist-Travel/Transport

NDIS travel and transport assistance helps participants get to appointments, work, social events or anywhere else, safely and on time. Our support workers can drive you or accompany you on public transport, making this support the difference between staying home and staying connected. Transport support can also be used to build confidence and independence for travelling on your own over time, if that's a goal in your NDIS plan.

  3. Support 03

Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

Development of daily living and life skills is an NDIS support category focused on learning practical skills that build long-term independence, such as cooking, budgeting, using public transport, managing a household or looking after your own health. Rather than doing tasks for you, our support workers work alongside you to build confidence and ability, so you can take on more yourself over time. Goals are set together and reviewed regularly to keep support in line with your progress.

  4. Support 04

    Participate Community

Community participation support helps NDIS participants take part in local community life, whether that's joining a club, attending events, volunteering or simply getting out more often. Our support workers accompany you, offer encouragement, and help build the confidence and routine to stay involved long term. Every participant's idea of community participation looks different, so we start by understanding what you enjoy and build support around that.

  5. Support 05

    Group/Centre Activities

Group and centre-based activities give NDIS participants the chance to build friendships, try new activities and get regular social contact in a structured, supported setting. Sessions can include anything from art and cooking to fitness and social outings, run at a centre with support staff on hand throughout. It's a strong option for participants looking for consistent, supported social interaction each week.

  6. Support 06

Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment

NDIS employment support helps participants find and keep a job, covering everything from resume preparation and interview practice to settling into a new workplace and managing day-to-day responsibilities once employed. Our team works with you, and with employers where needed, to make sure the right workplace adjustments and support are in place. We also support participants already employed who want help maintaining their role or building toward more hours or responsibility.

  7. Support 07

    Accomodation/Tenancy

NDIS accommodation and tenancy assistance helps participants navigate the practical side of housing, from rental applications and lease agreements to liaising with landlords or housing providers and understanding tenancy rights and responsibilities. Stable housing is the foundation for a lot of other NDIS goals, and our team supports you to find and keep a home that suits your needs, whether you're searching for a new place or maintaining your current tenancy.

  8. Support 08

    Assistance in Life Stage, Transition

Life stage and transition support helps NDIS participants plan for and manage major life changes, such as leaving school, moving out of home, starting a new living arrangement, or adjusting to a change in health. This support connects you with the right information, services and support ahead of a transition, so the change feels planned rather than overwhelming. Our team works with you and your family to make sure support is in place before, during and after the transition.

  9. Support 09

    Innov Community Participation

Innovative community participation is a more flexible category of NDIS support, designed for participants whose community and social goals don't fit standard programs. It covers new or pilot approaches to building social and community connections, often trialling activities, formats or settings outside mainstream community access options. If your NDIS goals call for something different, our team is happy to discuss what's possible and how we can tailor support to suit.

  10. Support 10

    Household Tasks

NDIS household tasks support covers the practical side of running a home, including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation and general tidying up. A clean, well-managed home makes a real difference to daily wellbeing, and our support workers help keep things on track without taking over. This support can be arranged as a regular weekly clean or as extra help getting on top of things during a busier stretch, and it's tailored to a routine that actually suits how you live.

  11. Support 11

    Assistive equip-recreation

Assistive equipment for recreation helps NDIS participants access the technology and gear needed to stay active and enjoy hobbies, including adaptive sporting equipment, arts and craft aids, and other items that support participation in activities you enjoy. Our team helps you identify what's available, work out what suits your interests and abilities, and get the right equipment sourced and set up under your NDIS plan.

  12. Support 12

    Daily Tasks/Shared Living

For participants in shared or supported independent living, daily tasks and shared living support covers the day-to-day work of keeping a household running, from cooking and cleaning to budgeting and general home upkeep. This NDIS support is about building a stable, well-managed living environment where each resident is supported to contribute and manage their own responsibilities. Our team works closely with participants and other residents in the home to keep things fair, consistent and running smoothly.

  13. Support 13

Assistive Products for Personal Care and Safety

This support helps NDIS participants access assistive products for personal care and safety, including shower chairs, mobility aids, continence products and other everyday safety equipment. We help you work out what you need, source the right products, and make sure everything is set up properly at home. The right personal care equipment reduces physical strain and risk in daily routines, and we're glad to talk through options as your needs and NDIS plan change over time.
